Una electrónica neuromórfica, basada en “memristores”. En este trabajo,los investigadores mostraron que en películas delgadas basadas en un óxido de Tantalio (Ta2O5), si se ajustan adecuadamente los estímulos externos, es posible controlar su respuesta, generando estados de resistencia multinivel para ambas polaridades, y así imitar el peso sináptico adaptable característico de la sinapsis. </p>
