when I asked you for the possibilitie of  the whole fellowship, I didn't
mean that I was not taken the partial one.
I understand that you are saying that I don't have the half fellowship
because I asked for a total one, is that right?
So, I am not allowed to attend at the school unless I pay $800, is that
right.
Please, let me know because I am a little confused.
